  I've been to this Chemist a few times as it's my local. At best staff are patronising, at worst they are downright rude and could severely benefit from basic customer service training. The woman that served me on Wednesday morning (6/9) was cranky and unhelpful, not what I'd expect from anyone working in a frontline customer service job, let alone a chemist. I've also found something as basic as getting a repeat script filled seems to take forever, even when the store is not busy.

  Twice in the last 12 months they have put the wrong expiry date on my 4 year old sons medicine. The first time they apologise and remade the medicine. And i thought thats ok people make mistakes and said they would make sure it never happened again. But it did...... I am lucky that i know his medicine has a 2 month expiry and am observant enough to realise.... But what about other people who have others pick up their medications for them or dont realise... How many people are out there taking expired medications because of there " human error". Always check your medications and expiry especially from here..... ( by the way they didn't even offer to remake the Medicine this time.)

  Although they were extremely busy and near closing time, their lab made a special effort for me to make up a compound that my son needed. It was much appreciated!
